Now there is something for football lovers to cheer about!

Recently we delivered a website called FootballMosaic.com which is a website for true fans of football all over the world. There are hundreds of websites for each popular football team and it’s very difficult for fans to keep track of all the information about their favorite teams. Using FootballMosaic.com, now fans can find all information related to their favorite team at a single place. Isn’t that amazing?

Football Mosaic project was quite different from other websites because of it’s non-standard requirements on how the site would be managed. Client needed to control the whole website using a single spreadsheet instead of using a typical admin back office (CMS). Our team built a sophisticated mechanism using which all aspects of the site including football team pages, colors, icons, links, meta data and majority of everything else can be updated in one click from a spreadsheet.

Our team thoroughly enjoyed working on the project. It was also a cool learning experience since it was one of a kind project where we broke all rules of customary site management and came up with an unique way of managing and updating the website as per client specifications. We faced lot of issues during the project development life cycle like performance issues, meeting the requirement for hot swapping between primary and secondary database however our team successfully managed to overcome all the hurdles.
