JConverter 1.7 Release

One of the feedback we have received from JConverter users is that though JConverter is great at importing all the content from WordPress, they still need to manually setup the menu items for imported content. It was indeed a big issue since our primary objective of developing JConverter was to eliminate the manual effort needed to convert a WordPress site to Joomla.

But now, that’s a thing of the past. Latest JConverter release (1.7) allows users to import WordPress menu items and not just that, it also preserves the menu hierarchy and associates the link target correctly with imported content (post, page or category) or external/custom link. Isn’t that great? Apart from menu import feature, version 1.7 also includes some enhancements and fixes for minor bugs.
